connection with the Services.
Eligibility, Accounts and Registration:

-Submit or otherwise communicate any false, inaccurate or misleading material or message of any kind;
-Distribute or post spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or similar communications through the Services;
-Upload invalid data, viruses, worms, or other software agents to the Site;
-Bypass measures used to prevent or restrict access to the Site;

Fees & Services
- We charge customers based on SMS packages they purchase, which provide SMS credits to be used for scheduling and sending messages.
- Scheduled messages will be sent as long as sufficient SMS credits are available. If the balance reaches zero, no messages will be sent until the customer purchases additional SMS credits.
- Prices for SMS packages are subject to change at any time. We may also temporarily alter our fees during promotional events or when introducing new services.
- Customers can request a refund for unused packages; however, we reserve the right to determine whether a refund will be granted. SMS credits that have already been used are non-refundable.
Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. If you terminate your account, you remain
obligated to pay all outstanding fees, if any, incurred prior to termination relating to your use of the
Site. If you violate any provision of these Terms of Use, your permission to use the Site will terminate
automatically. Additionally, we may in our sole discretion terminate your account on the Site or suspend
or terminate your access to the Site at any time for any reason, with or without notice.
We may alter, suspend or discontinue the Site or any portion of the Site without notice. We will not be liable whatsoever for any change to the Site or any suspension or termination of your access to or use of the Site.

It is the sole responsibility of the User to ensure that appropriate security measures are implemented

not be held liable if a fraudulent user gains access to the User’s connected software due to
insufficient
security measures within the User's infrastructure.
